Joell Ortiz says Slaughterhouse is almost on Shady Records. He speaks on the things that are holding the group of from being official, working with Em already and touring with he group.

Been a MINUTE since we posted a Joe Budden TV episode…..

Groupies are a very common thing while on tour, accessible to even the most incapable of men, so i’d imagine it would take a special group to turn them off…. I wasn’t there when this took place, so i had no choice but to go by hear say, but we did take a few moments the next morning to see exactly what went wrong…… & who’s to blame…… enjoy.

And to complete the catchup, we give you….yes, one more Slaughterhouse track! However, it is just a snippet…a 6 minute snippet.  The full version will be on Royce’s Bar Exam 3 and with Joell and Joe’s verses will be about 10 minutes long when all said and done.  Oh, and did I mention Bun B is on it too?

Over the past 6 months, Joell Ortiz has definitely made a strong enough argument to make me believe he is the best emcee out of the Slaughterhouse regime, but I’m sure I’ll listen to Bar Exam 3 or Mood Muzik 4 and be thrown right back into confusion.  For now though, Joell’s my dude.  “Project Boy” off that Free Agent, coming soon.

Apparently Joell Ortiz’s dude D-Block passed away yesterday. RIP.  Joell Ortiz has a real talent for spilling his feelings over a beat with great flow and structure.  Unfortunately, the songs come from circumstances like these.  This isn’t the first time we’ve heard him do a track like this.  If you remember, Joell’s got a track about his Grandma titled “Make it Without You” on his mixtape Road Kill.  I went ahead and put a link for that track below for you too.

Mos Def is all over this album, which has a ton of other star-studded features.  Jay Electronica, Jean Grae, and contrary to the above tracklist, Joell Ortiz too all join in on the fun on this track titled Prowler 2.  It’s worth the download trust me. The album is titled 24 Hour Karate School.  Classes begin March 30th.
