Here come visuals for Big Boi’s “Fo Yo Sorrows,” which features George Clinton and Too $hort.
And though there are not any concrete reasons as to why Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty has not been given a release date, it is safe to say that Big Boi’s project will be another timeless piece of art, as long as it surfaces to the masses.
As for now however, sit back and watch this video from Big, George, and Too $hort and enjoy Big Boi’s intoxicating flow, as he proves he has what it takes to be a contender in your favorite rapper’s list.

T-Pain is quite the character. Already collaborating with Cartoon Network once before when he appeared in a live action episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, he teams up with the channel again to present us with Freaknik: The Musical. T-Pain voices a rapping/singing ghost names Freaknik who returns to liven up spring break in Atlanta. Featuring the voices of Rick Ross, Lil’ Wayne, Charlie Murphy and more, this is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen. And one of the most hilarious. This is just another reason why I repsect T-Pain. He is a genuinely funny guy who doesn’t take himself very seriously. Parts 2 and 3 after the jump…enjoy! Continue reading this post

Now, if you know any of us here at 5STAR, you would know that we are the last people to give two shits about anything Soulja Boy is working on. However, while I was browsing the Internets, I came across a headline that read “Soulja Boy spits Hot Fire.” Now, usually I would chalk that up to be some dumbass 13 year old kid tryin to get his swag on, but it was posted on a pretty reputable site, Vibe.com. I saw that Soulja Boy put out this song after hitting the 2 Mill mark. Now, he’s definitley not the “Best Rapper” as he states in the video, and I was pretty disgusted when he said he was “similar to NaS,” but this is definitely different from any of the other shit I have heard him put out. Take a listen to the song, which has no hook by the way, and lemme know your opinion on the song.
**UPDATE: Hit the jump for Mr. 5 Star’s thoughts on T Marko posting this…
