Yesterday, Chiddy released their debut offering, Breakfast, in physical form in the US. But never ones to forget their UK audience (who receives the album March 5th), they dropped off the Ray Charles EP, which featured two remixes of the title song, as well as this little gem. It’s only available in the UK, but y’all know Slant’s got the hook ups! …I’m too corny today. I’m out.

These guys are just straight dope. I gotta shout out to Shake on this one for the heads up. I can’t put my finger on exactly what it is they have, but damn I’m down with these guys and their unique-ass name. Haha.

I don’t know why, but this title makes me think of fighting koopas in Paper Mario back on Nintendo 64 haha… Anyway, I’m a huge fan of the slaughter machine, but I’m not really feeling this song. But hey, that’s just me. What do y’all think?

*Sigh* Is this even worth getting upset over? Don’t get me wrong, having Hopsin, Macklemore & Danny Brown on the list is definitely a redeeming quality but… I ain’t even gonna throw out names, but XXL has gotta be trippin’ with some of these freshmen. Wooh! Cole really lets loose on this one. Nice to hear from the kid again after dropping knowledge on Sideline Story. Can’t wait to see what the Roc Nation affiliate has ready for us in 2012.

Now this is interesting. Y’all know I’m all for artists branching out, and that’s exactly what Justin W does with this remix. Rather than just tack on a verse, he completely redoes the song with a more electro/house feel in mind. I dig it, but like I told him, I’m gonna need to hear a few more before I’m completely sold on the idea.
