Here comes some unreleased from The Roots’ front man, Black Thought. And to be completely honest, I have no idea why this would not be released, seeing that the lyrical content is, simply put, amazing. Another amazing record from Black Thought. Link below, folks.
Sidebar: Is there a good reason that Black Thought is not usually mentioned as one of the best lyricists/rappers to date? He is slept on far too easily, along with Mos Def or Talib Kweli. If you think that Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane or anyone of their caliber is on the level of Black, Mos or Kweli, then I would advise you to re-evaluate your standards. Rant is over.

We finally agree on something: Black Thought is fire. I’ve been listening to hip hop since day 1, and I actually think BT is as good an emcee as anyone, ever.

Good job Busy B. I can appreciate your love for Black Thought.
He is far too underrated. Finally, we agree. But I doubt it lasts long, seeing that we rarely agree.
